At REYMOMIN, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please read the following guidelines regarding cancellations.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

  • To cancel, please contact us immediately via email or the website contact form.

  • Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If your order is successfully canceled before processing, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Orders Already Shipped

  • Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • You may return the product according to our Returns & Refunds Policy if eligible.
