I’ve used a lot of different 4×6 fanfold labels over the years, and these fall into the “perfectly serviceable for mailing, but not built for long‑term storage” category.
➜ OUT OF THE PACKAGE
The stack arrived flat, clean, and not stuck together. No dust, no compression issues, and the first fold fed without any sticking.
➜ PRINTER HANDLING
My printer didn’t double‑feed, but I did have to run a quick calibration because the sensor wasn’t picking up the gap consistently at first. Once calibrated, they fed fine.
➜ PRINT QUALITY
For standard shipping labels, the print quality is totally acceptable. Barcodes and large text are clear. Smaller fonts don’t look as crisp, but for my purposes they’re readable enough.
➜ ADHESIVE STRENGTH
The adhesive works well on packages and poly mailers. For long‑term storage, though, I don’t think these will hold up. My storage unit is damp, and these feel like they’d curl or lift over time because the tack is on the lighter side.
➜ DURABILITY AND COATING
I didn’t see any smudging or fading after printing. The material itself feels average to slightly thin, which is fine for mailing but not ideal for anything that needs to stay stuck for months.
➜ FINE FOR MAILINGS
For mailing packages, these are totally fine and easy to work with. For labeling storage boxes, especially in a humid environment, I’d choose something with a stronger adhesive and thicker stock.
➜ VALUE FOR MONEY
At $18 for 500 labels, the price feels fair for what you get. They’re not the cheapest option out there, but they’re still in the budget tier and perform well enough for everyday shipping. For long‑term storage or heavy‑duty use, you’d need to spend a little more, but for basic mailing these are priced appropriately.

These thermal shipping labels work GREAT and do exactly what they’re supposed to do. The functionality is simple and reliable, they feed through my thermal printer smoothly without jamming or skipping, and the print comes out clear and easy to scan. The adhesive sticks well to boxes and mailers without peeling up at the corners. I also like the fanfold stack because it keeps everything neat and easy to grab while printing a lot of labels. The labels themselves feel like good quality, not paper thin or flimsy. Getting 500 labels in a stack makes this a REALLY GOOD value for the money, especially if you ship a lot like I do.
